The 0SU51079/8 contains eight modules with each connecting to a server's USB and HD15 ports and converting them to a single Cat5e/6 cable output. This allows a server to connect to one of Minicom by Tripp Lite Smart KVM switches. By using low-cost Cat5e/6 cable (Tripp Lite N201-Series), the 0SU51079/8 eliminates the need for bulky KVM cables, providing you greater flexibility and distance for necessary cable runs. Each module allows up to 100 ft. between your server and KVM switch and features a compact, lightweight design, which saves space and de-clutters your network application. With no software or external power supply needed, the 0SU51079/8's modules are completely plug-and-play out of the box, leading to easy installation and quick application deployment.
